This popular salad is easy to make - and tastes great!
1/2 medium green pepper
2 cups pineapple, juice pack chunks
1/2 kg roasted chicken breast, no skin
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 cups lettuce
1. Slice pepper and drain pineapple.
2. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
3. Mix together with fat-free mayonnaise and serve on lettuce leaves.
