Everything depends on in fitness. frequency, duration, and intensity are major components as well as what your specific goals are. although I will be there to guide you, in the end what you put into the workout is what you will get out of the workout. the dedication factor is all up to you on how much time it takes for you to reach your goals.
Proper diet , cardiorespiratory training, and resistance weight training are the key ingredients that will certainly help you reduce the body fat weight in your body. although fat does serve important functions in the body and no one can live without fat. a person can lose the excess body fat in time with proper lifestyle changes that I will discuss with you.
We only have about five trainers at given time that are training with their clients what this means is that only at the busiest times there is only about 10 people training at a given time. I do what I can so that you will not feel intimidated by coming in. we have a very personable and non intimidating staff.
All information received from my clients stays with me and only with me. only with written permission would I ever release any information even if it was your primary care physician.
Legally no one can plan a specific diet including the number of calories and types of food but a registered dietician. however I can provide information on what the RDA (Recommended daily allowances) and other approved material that focuses on a balanced diet.
Goals that you set should be realistic, individual and achievable, whatever you decide to focus on should be important but not out of you physical spectrum. I will defiantly help you make a sound choice about your goals based on your background and medical history.
All sessions are prepaid and discounts are applied depending on the number of sessions purchased. The hourly ranges between $70-100 per hour based on the number of sessions pre-purchased in a month. The usage of the cardiovascular machines( i.e., treadmills, bikes, Stairmasters, elliptical machines) is open to everyone to everyone before and after their scheduled sessions.
No equipment is necessary before the actual training begins. sometimes people find that the training is incompatible with their lifestyle at that time. if this happens im sure that that those people would be relived that they didn't waste any money on training equipment. when a person does start working out with me some "gear" is required: athletic shoes with good support and tread, shorts and a tee- shirt and (workout gloves optional) a towel and a water bottle.
The more pre paid sessions purchased at one time the lower cost per session. Also for each person referred by you if they sign up for five or more training sessions you receive one training session.
The monthly fee for the use of the gym is $25.00. There are no additional cost or any other types of charges.
No, I currently train out of a private personal training studio located in Newport Beach, California.
