Usage

Two (2) twin sachet packets daily. Take the contents of one (1) lifepak® nano twin sachet five (5) capsules and two (2) softgels with eight (8) ounces of liquid with your morning and evening meals.

I am 55 years old. 20 years ago I was diagnosed with Diabetes. I have a strong family history of the disease on both maternal and paternal sides. My mother died at the age of 54 from diabetes. I had witnessed many of the side effects of the disease, but had taken the view that there really was nothing I could do to prevent the progression of the disease. I didn't know of supplements. My doctors said if I ate a balanced diet there was no need to supplement.

I did not live a healthy diabetic lifestyle. My weight got up to 265 pounds. I was taking insulin shots three times a day.

I had glaucoma, some kidney damage with protein in the urine, poor circulation with numbness in the feet and fingers.

In March of 2004 I was introduced to Pharmanex by a good friend. My husband and I went home from the meeting and seriously talked of changing our lifestyles. I scanned at 18,000. I lost my job and went off the supplements for 6 months. My blood sugar went up, but stayed down enough to stay on the oral diabetic meds. By October 2005 I was feeling sluggish, tired and gained some of the weight back. My morning blood sugar averaged 125 fasting. We decided to scan again. Since Christmas of 2005 I have lost 30 more pounds. I am scanning at 34,000 now. I have lost a total of 70 pounds with the help of Pharmanex. My blood sugar levels average 80-85 in the morning fasting and have gone down considerably in the evening. I have a way to go of course, but am excited to tell everyone how much better I feel.
